Reveal the individual story behind the flare pattern - the load being placed on the skin, the timeline, and the whole-person context that moves the threshold.
What must be removed first?

Remove the load before adding anything. The task is not which product repairs the barrier, but what is currently preventing repair from happening.

Before you join
01I am not confident with rosacea at all. Is this too advanced for me?+
No - that is exactly who it is written for. It assumes a foundational skin qualification and nothing beyond that. If rosacea currently makes you nervous, or you have avoided taking those clients on, you are the person this was built for. You do not need prior rosacea training and you do not need to be an advanced practitioner.
02Who is this for?+
Qualified skin professionals of all levels - beauty therapists, facialists, skin therapists, estheticians and aesthetic practitioners. You need an existing qualification in skin or beauty therapy. It is not a beginner course and it is not for members of the public.
03How is this different from other rosacea training?+
Most rosacea education hands you another list: triggers to avoid, ingredients to use, a protocol to follow. This teaches you a way of thinking instead. You learn the mechanisms, then a repeatable order of decisions you apply to the client in front of you - so when she does not match the handout, you still know what to do. It is also taught by someone who has the condition, not only studied it.
04How much time will it take me?+
It is entirely self-paced, so you set the rhythm around your diary. Most practitioners work through it over a few weeks, a module at a time. Access is permanent, so there is no deadline and nothing to lose if life gets busy - you can start in January if that suits you better. Total study hours are being confirmed as part of CPD certification and will be published before enrolment opens.
05Can I use this with clients straight away?+
Yes, and that is the intention. The consultation structure, the decision points and the practical downloads are built to go into your next rosacea consultation, not to be filed away. Most practitioners find the practitioner form and trigger tracker alone change how the first appointment runs.
06Will my association or insurer accept this as CPD?+
JANORÀ Academy is an approved training provider with The CPD Group, provider #790552, and programmes are designed to align with the CPD and CE requirements of HABIA, The Guild, FHT and BABTAC, and equivalent bodies in the US, Canada and Australia. Rosacea Mastery Programme is currently going through CPD accreditation, and points will be confirmed before enrolment opens. Requirements vary between bodies, so check your own if you are unsure.
07Does this let me perform new treatments?+
No, and that is deliberate. This is theoretical education and professional development. It does not provide practical treatment certification, does not confer a regulated qualification, and does not extend your legal scope of practice or insurance cover.
08What do I get, and how is it delivered?+
Ten pre-recorded video modules with slides and voice-over, more than 10 practical practitioner downloads, and a Certificate of Completion following the end-of-course knowledge check. Self-paced on a professional course platform, with lifetime access from enrolment.
09Can I ask you questions while I am studying?+
Yes, in the practitioner group. This is a self-paced programme rather than a mentored one, so there is no one-to-one tutoring included - but you are sent a link on enrolment to a private group for everyone taking the programme, where you can ask questions as they come up and see what other practitioners are working through. I am in there too. You also have permanent access to the material, so you can return to any module as often as you need, and the documents are written to be used without me standing over your shoulder. One rule in the group: no identifiable client photographs, names or details. If something in the material is unclear, you can always contact me directly.
10How long do I have access for?+
Permanently. There is no expiry date and nothing to renew. You keep the video modules, every document you download and your certificate, for as long as the programme remains available.
11When does it open?+
The programme launches in November 2026. Enrolment opens to the waitlist first, at pre-launch rates ahead of the official launch, so joining the list is the only way to be told the moment it opens. I will confirm the exact date to the waitlist as soon as it is set.
12What is your refund and cancellation policy?+
This is professional education sold business to business, and it is delivered immediately. There is no cooling-off period: Swiss law, which governs these contracts, gives no right of withdrawal for a contract made online in these circumstances. Once access has been given the purchase is final, so please ask me anything you are unsure about before you enrol rather than after. What I do stand behind is the programme itself - if anything is faulty, missing or not as described, I will put it right, with no time limit on telling me.
